Don't be misled by the premium pricing and false warmth of the staff. Professional services become a joke once you've paid the money. An obsequious "we'll do anything for you" attitude is replaced with odd condescension and seeming inability to do anything with class or efficiency. Nothing regarding the deceased is handled particularly carefully. Business with the family is not handled carefully at all. Be prepared to handle finer details like dry cleaning yourself.
