I am very happy with Rich and the setup he did on my guitar. In a few minutes he was able to determine the needs of my guitar to do a proper setup. His evaluation of the guitar and the guitar player's playing style help to determine a proper setup and not just some generic setup as offered by some other Guitar stores.Rich went above and beyond to assure I was a happy customer.
