I live in Contra Costa County and have been feeling the crunch of the water district with the new rates. I live on a little over one acre property and the watering costs were killing me. I called CKMS and they cut my costs down by over 50%. What they did was install a fertigation tank (which is like organic fertilizers through your sprinklers), new sprinkler heads and timers for my watering system. I already had a drip for the plants.
