Horrible! They let a resident at my community die without their nurse present, even after I asked to speak with their administrator and begged them to come. I stayed at bedside with the family. They had questions and simply needed the nursing support to explain what was happening with their mother. I was their hospice nurse. Don't use this hospice, your loved one may die alone.
