Dr. Burger recommended Dr. Berkowitz to me. I was diagnosed with sereve Plantar Facitis. I was given cortisone injections in both feet. When I could no longer walk on my right heel. Dr. Berkowitz recommend surgery on rt. heel. It was to relieve 80% of the pain. It has not. I am in more pain now than ever. I have tried to explain this to the doctor to no avail. My only recourse is to seek another DPM who has time to listen and one with a pleasant nursing staff. Kathy Bonds (former patient)
