I purchased 4 tires for my mini-van. The staff was courteous and answered all my questions. When my mother had an accident and blew two tires I had her have the car towed there. They took care of her right a way and replaced the tires at no charge. I'm glad I bought Big-O tires instead of the other name brand tires.
