I am a female,own a 2006 nissan ultima,went to best buy,took 20 minutes to get service,then i was informed that they did not have the special harness to install the cd/nav unit that i had picked out.left very unhappy,went to ultimate electronics it got worst,then i went to nick's stereo on may they had the same radio that i had already picked out about $20.00 more, but from the moment i walked in till finish it took 30 minutes to get me out of there,clean proffessional job done.i was very impressed.
