After you get the money from you, they have no further interests in helping you. I have my eye examed in May and did not get my precription until end of July. First it took them almost 1 and half months to get my sample contact lens (I had to call them to remind them) and then later I found out they got me a wrong one and the last it took me 3 office visits to have my prescription in written. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS.
