I bought a couch on 3/6/10 by December 2010 it had started falling apart (in 9 months). Cooper's Furniture would NOT honor their promises/warranties I was told at the time of purchase. I purchased it on sale and the owner, Louise, kept telling me it was on close out (NOT what was represented at the time of sale). My last question to her was if I had paid full price would she have honored the promises/warranty? The answer was NO.
