I stopped in with my brand new SUV to wash the salt off and not only did it leave soap all over my truck, the rags/spinners scratched the clear coat so bad it looked like spider webs all over my vehicle. I had to have the entire truck buffed out and it was fresh off the showroom floor! I immediately asked for management so they could see the damaged caused to my vehicle and how defective their equipment was - Their response was that they were not responsible and offered to "run it through again".
