Studio Nails on 23rd and Penn next to Neighborhood Market is excellent! My daughter, friend and I were looking for a place to get a new set of nails, manicure and pedicure. We're from Elk City and didn't know where a good nails place was. Our husbands were at Bass Pro shopping. So, we went out searching for a nails shop after shopping at Penn Square. We have had our nails done in so many places from Elk City to Amarillo, TX. None even come close to the services we recv'd at Studio Nails.
