12-19-12 I do not suggest using the Stillwater branch of Audio Midwest. There customer service is less than desirable. My problem with them concerned a programmable remote. I had purchased a full screen TV with surround sound and also a smaller TV with the same. Before two weeks had passed, I had to replace the battery three times. I called the store and spoke with the owner and was told it was probably a short somewhere. However, my issue was never resolved. I was only given an excuse rather than a solution.
