I took 3 pairs of boots to be re-soled. First, you have to pay in advance for the work. Second, when I wore the first pair, the sole came off. Then the same thing with the second pair. And the third pair too. So, when I took them back I was told "too bad". I would have to pay the 65.00 again to have them redone. I suggested maybe, bad glue. I was told no way! Very dis-satisfied. Very rude and unprofessional!
