I called this shop on a Saturday afternoon to try to order flowers for my Dad's funeral, and she actually answered the phone even though she was closed. She told me she forwards the shop phone to her cell phone for this exact reason. This was the 4th or 5th shop I'd tried to call that day with no luck. And not only did she answer the phone but she said she could meet me at her shop in just a 1/2 hour so I could look through her book!
