Purchased several pieces of furniture, one of the chairs broke down, half of a double recliner, and we initially were told it has a lifetime guarantee, and the delivery people told us if we had trouble they would come out and fix it here for a small fee. It didn't work that way, we ended up having to haul it back in to town, and it has been there since the middle of May, and no one has called us to date with a status. I was led down a rosy path and got a thorn in my foot.
