I myself am a resident of Broken Arrow Oklahoma and have passed by Fellers many of a time noticing that they are always busy. When my vehicle was having air conditioning problems I decided to take it there on June 26, 2009 before I was going to be going out of town. I stopped by their shop and dropped off my car. I was advised later that day after 1 1/2 hrs of work, they could not fig out what was wrong with it. I told them that I had intended to take the car out of town the next day and I was advised that it would not be fixed, but I could pay for the work that had been do
