After requesting an estimate on our broken glass table top, the man told me that he would call me as soon as possible with an estimate. After about 4 weeks and no phone call, I called them back. They couldn't find my information anywhere and said that they would look for it ASAP and get an estimate after getting my info again. It's now been about a month and a half and I still have not had any call back! I will NEVER use this glass company since this is the way they conduct business.
