At first glance environment looks nice and green, but problems start once you need to deal with office. Office staff really sucks. Especially the Manager. (When I was moving in year before I was reading same sentences in reviews, but I thought it will be OK with me.) To be able to find a place to park your car somewhere close to your apartment you are not supposed to go to work at all, because if you come later than 4 pm. you need to use all your creativity power to find any place.
