We loved Dr. Katy at first, but we've had enough! The office staff is unprofessional and often rude. I feel very uneasy with my personal information in their hands. There is a "financial" person who reeks of smoke that I can smell from the dingy waiting room. They had been sending a bill to my old address for 4 years (while we received other bills at current address) & never told us of an outstanding balance. We received a call asking for a credit card on the phone. When I asked them to send a bill to the correct address instead, I got a HAND WRITTEN note
