I -was- a faithfully paying member with The Weight Room from 2007 until my debit card expired (note: paying not actually attending). Sometime in 2011 my card on file expired but The Weight Room didn't contact me until March 2013. So I get a call from employee requesting payment or he notifies me they will turnover the debt to a collection company. I was a bit frustrated with youngman so requested to speak with a manager but no manager was available so therefore I asked for a return call from a manager.
