We did a remodel and Cellar Masters put in the wine cellar racks and refrigeration system. The refrigeration system has huge fluctuations of in temperature (5 to 10 degrees daily) and on at least one occasion resulted in heating to over 80 degrees for an extended period of time that ruined the wine in the cellar. The owner was very uninterested in the ongoing problem. Blind tasting by experts confirmed the wines were severely heat damaged. It is about $80,000 in wine that is destroyed.
