I bought this fridge from Built-in-Distributors (BID) in Santa Cruz, CA in Sept of 2007 and took possession of it in May of 2008. It is only myself and my husband in the household so it gets very light use. Within the first 4 months, the water dispenser stopped working. Only fix is to order an entire new door because the idiot designers of the fridge failed to allow the door to be worked on, only replaced. Luckily it was under warranty otherwise it is a $700 part not including labor. It took 8 weeks to fabricate a new door and get the part to me. In the mean time, I was tal
