I took my cat in for a routine grooming and got a call 3 hours later from Gloria Leopard informing me that my cat was dead. The cat was to be shaved and in order to do so, it must be sedated. Gloria Leopard called and explained %u201CIf I had done blood work before the sedation, I may have seen that the cat had an underlying condition.%u201D Of course, blood work was never offered nor recommended by anyone at the clinic.
