We hired Edens Drilling to do foundation work on our house, before we moved in. They went well over their estimated budget, first off. Then during the repair process they said we "may have" a plumbing leak. We paid hundreds of dollars to a plumber who conducted tests and confirmed that there was a leak. Later, after we had new carpet installed and moved in, the plumbers came back and charged a few more hundreds of dollars to run a camera though the pipes and locate the leak.
