This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Orange County, just off the 91 Freeway in a very unassuming and quiet location. It is not a chain, and all of the staff are native Japanese, which I love, because once I pass through the entry alcove, the experience is so authentic. The bento lunch selections are fantastic and beautifully arranged - I suggest you arrive on the earlier side (they open at 11:30am) because the local in-the-know lunch crowd is ordering away by 12:15pm.
