Review

I have almost never had such poor customer service. As if the atmosphere of a big warehouse like place shared with 3 other businesses wasn't enough, and the hours which really suck, they have a horrible server named Doug who was rude for no reason. There are many better coffee shops in Eugene with excellent customer service, unfortunately, this is not one of them.
