i'd called this store with phone unlock help though i never purchased anything,this gentlemen by the name of Alex,told me to bring it in.giving directions.questioning my name introduced himself.this is what being intergral is all bout.where as all other stores and tmobile who i signed contract didn't want to even show any willingness yet bursting my bubles.i'd go to this store if i ever buy me another phone or sign a new contract.to avoid which did happened everyone is trying to rip me off.lying to me so i can sign a contract.thanks Alex
