I would say that I am your above average "health foodie" and my opinion is that this store is average if not below. It should be called more of a supplement store due to the fact that they have minimal groceries which consist of frozen and dried goods. They usually have what I am looking for when it comes to my supplement needs, but I am NEVER impressed with the employees knowledge in this area. Even the owners knowledge is subpar, but I still shop here.
