I have worked as a rental agent in the past, and I can't imagine keeping my job if my customer service skills were as grotesque as those employed with CS Property Management. Terri Cooper, who I understand is the owner, had been reviewing our applications to a property that her company represents and she is constantly "away from her desk" or "on the phone," though she accepted our application fees.
