I had no choice about using this company as this was a corporate relo. I had used this company during our last relo and got the run-around but eventually they showed up. I thought it couldn't possibly happen again as this time we are moving from virginia and last time we were moving from Pennsylvania. So, I thought, they can't be actually soliciting their subcontractors to do a bad job. Yesterday, a representative from mover's specialty service called to say they would show up to crate our items for shipment and disconnect our washer and dryer between 10 am and
