About
We offer an integrative program of traditional cognitive therapies as well as science based techniques and treatments to help you in your healing journey. We offer counseling for depression, anxiety, traumas, Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Relationship issues, substance abuse and/or addictions, Mood disorders, codependency, etc. We offer services to children, adolescents and adults. Most clients can be seen within 24-48 hours. We also offer group therapy at reduced rates. In addition we can incorporate Meridian Tapping Techniques; Guided imagery; Alpha Stim; and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
