Review
Ordered a halter, when received it the quality was poor. The metal was scratched up and the regular horse size was HUGE wouldn't even fit my quarter horse! E-mailed in, I was told that I will get my refund and shipping credited back to my card, I just got my refund and when I tried to contact the person in charge, it took five e-mails before I received a response telling me that "too bad the halter is fine and I am not refunding you the shipping costs". She was very rude and not customer service friendly at all!! Needless to say I will NEVER buy from them again and I will
