Took my car in for a simple oil change. They were unable to reconnect a bolt attaching a protective plate on the undercarriage. They handed me the bolt separately when they returned the car. I have had the oil changed on this car approximately 60 times at various shops. This is the only shop where this problem has ever occurred. When I stated my dissatisfaction, the manager became argumentative. Don't take your car here even for a simple oil change unless you want them to take it apart and hand you the "extra" parts (along with a bill).
