this is year three of my experience with Amerigas and i am so unhappy with the customer service. I can't phone in without attitude, and if i am running low, which I usually am because I am scrapping the money together to get my tank refilled, I am guilt tripped my the gal on taking calls for not calling earlier. Delivery guy is great, installation was perfect, hate calling in and waiting as I am now, cold and out of propane with no call back.
