Bad service; try incompetent professionals. I was at the hospital last night with my husband and we had the WORST service that put my husband at risk for cross contamination and INFECTION. While our wait was not long; it was the RN and the ER tech on duty that really upset us. I am a certified nursing assistant who is out of work and dying to just get my foot in the door of a hospital to work so I know a thing or two about disease control and proper protocol that the normal person may not notice.
