tower hill charged someones elses bill onto our credit card. when we called and asked to speak with a manager we were repeatedly ignored and when we finally did contact him (his name was Jay) he assured me that they had already taken care of the problem and our money would be back in our account by monday at latest. well today is tuesday...money has still not been refunded...and yet again after repeated calls and requests that the manager get ahold of us asap we were informed that the manager was not there yet and then later on that he had already left for the day.
