I had a horrible experience with the Teddy Bear day care in Bettendorf, IA. My 16 mnth old son went there for two weeks & in those two weeks there were many red flags. First being that Dawn ( the business owner) had way to many kids by herself' I think she had 13 kids. Her daughter, Stephanie, was supposed to help her everyday, but I only saw her on two occasions. Secondly, when I picked up my son one day & changed his diaper he had bruises and scratches around his hips. Thirdly, she wouldn't allow me to stay to help my son become comfortable with hi
