Highlands is a craft, resale, antique & consignment thrift shop. We also have kites and jewelry.
Review
This shop has a very eclectic mix of items. The owner makes hand crafted wind chimes from recycled items and silver plated flatware. I found a rare Haeger vase I wanted and the kites hanging from the ceilings give the shop such an air of fun. It's a must see. I also can't wait to bring in some of my things for consignments. The artisan jewelry, paintings & rocks are cool.
