I left my ring to have the prongs fixed. When I picked it up, I could see that they left markings on the white gold band that weren't there before. They denied doing it, then said "you know, maybe you should just buy a new setting". They didn't care about fixing my ring. It was easy to see all they wanted to do was sell me something I didn't need! They were extremely unprofessional and unscrupulous. Run away and never give them any business unless you like getting ripped off.
