Review
Landscaping business practices are misleading and unfair. Poor communication about additional expense after signing a proposal. Nice people, nice plants, but I highly recommend that you get complete cost in writing with both parties signing prior to work starting. Explicitly state that you will not pay any additional amount that has not been signed off by you, otherwise you run the risk of being charged double what you originially agreed to.
