After sending a response to OKCustomers email and posting online, there has been no reply. As we thought, this review has nothing to do with our quality of services offered or missed appointments with this person. This is a person who owes a bill and refuses to pay, and instead used her insurance funds to purchase new appliances, TV's and furniture that had nothing to do with hail damage calim. However, we did make sure that she was taken care of right after the storm and protected her home. Unlike other contractors, we also did not ask for payment up front. W
