Oks’n Associates, Inc. has served the community of Greater Los Angeles as specialists in the field of Structural Engineering for over fourteen years. The principal, Mr. Oksen Babakhanian, has over thirty years of experience in Structural Engineering field. The company has been involved in design of numerous custom Houses, Apartment Buildings, Office Buildings, Hospitals, Garages, Retaining Walls, Shopping Centers and other structures. (Up to 150 projects per year). Oks’n Associates, Inc. was established in 1995. Mr. Babakhanian has diligently worked with Architects, Contractors and Residential Owners. We take pride in the quality of our professional services which involves Complete Construction Documents and Structural Observation of Projects. All with the hands on participation of the company’s principal. Our experience with city agencies such as The Department of Building and Safety provides our clients with simplified approval of the projects.
