The drinks are great, the food is ok and the servers are friendly, but when our group had a problem with an error on the bill things turned ugly. We were charged full-price for a happy hour item that should have been half-price and just needed a simple apology and correction; we received neither. The shift manager stonewalled us and we ended up leaving very upset.
