This is the first complaint I have ever written... Ever. My mother and father decided to play the powerball lottery and I decided to try my luck at it too. I went into the store (filthy place, really rundown) and asked for 15 picks coming out to 30 dollars and I also inquired about some harley scratchers for my dad since he loves those but the overly rude employee behind the counter claimed in a rather snobby way that he bought the last two.... cool, whatever, no sweat on my part.
