NASTY! A "1" rating is higher than I want to give. I purchased a Groupon in Oct. 2010 for Little Chefs. It expires on 10/21/11. After I purchased I realized it can only be used on the Holiday schedule. Being a full time working mother, the availability of during the week is hard. I took off from work on Columbus Day 10/10 to take my daughter before it expires, as they do have a class listed for that day. The woman I spoke to in Syosset , who refused to give me her name was extremely rude, asking why I waited so long to call her
