I went to the RedBluff Bridal Show on Feb.20 2011, this was teh first vendor i spoke to and she completely started the experiance off horrible. I have spoken with dozen of florists and asked this exact question, and all of them were extreemly helpful, patient and MORE than willing to full fill my request. My question to this woman was " I have pre ordered a rather large order of roses. just plain long stem roses and i provided all the vases, flower stands and foliage could they come up with a price to have the flowers i've purchased proffesionally arranged by th
