The management is HORRIBLE. I just called their office in Chevy Chase only to wait on hold in order to talk to a rude lady who snapped at me. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with their rude staff. I pay them thousands of dollars a month for their ridiculous rent, and they can't treat their tenants with an ounce of respect. Anyway, I'm moving. I'm recommend taking your money and moving to a place that isn't only nice to you when you're about to sign a lease. These people are horrible.
