I stopped in to Primo to pick up a pair of pants for my girlfriend. A man, apparently the owner, appeared from the back to the front desk after a few minutes. He asked for my "yellow slip". I advised that I didn't have a yellow slip, as I was picking up an item for a friend and provided the name. In a demeaning manner, he told me I should have brought the yellow slip. I advised, had I known, I would have done so. I provided the name instead. He went to the back room and searched for the item, but after 5 minutes, couldn't find it. He came back to me
