Was parked in a shopping center parking lot. Car next to me called AAA for a lock out service. The driver placed the metal rod on top of that car which feel off the car and smacked the side of my car. Luckily I had been sitting there to hear it. He started rubbing it. I told him to let me out of my car to look at it. He said he would call his boss. I asked for his info, and he said he was not allowed to give me his info. His boss wanted mine to come to my house to look at it and give me some money. I said I wanted his. What if the guy never showed? Had to call the polic
