My neighbor told me about 'The Wesley Chapel Martial Arts Academy' a while ago. He said it really helped his son, etc. It wasn't until December 2012 that I looked into it. As a single mum, I didn't think it would be feasible financially, but went for the free class. I have three very active, strong-willed children and they loved it.
